July 23-24 - Visit highlights of D.C. on Sunday & Monday - (White House, Capital Building, Washington Monument, Mall & More)
 
July 24-28 - Immerse Conference
 
July 28 - Travel to New York City (Stay in a local church to save on hotel costs)
 
July 29-30 - see highlights of NYC - Times Square, Ellis Island,  Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial & more!!!
 
July 31 - Travel to L.A. 
 

 
What Will it Cost?
Approximately $1000**
$399 for Immerse (lodging, meals, program)
$450 - Flight (price subject to change)
$150 - Extra nights in D.C./NYC - NYC transportation, breakfasts, bus trip to NYC
Not Included: Meals while not attending conference in D.C. & NYC, tours

March 15th—$350 non-refundable Deposit to cover most of flight
April 16th—$100 - Immerse Registration Deposit
May 8th—$299 - Immerse Conference Fee
June 29th—Final Payment - Remaining Flight Cost & D.C. & NYC

2012 National Gathering of American Baptist Youth

Join youth from across the nation for a week long gathering that is Spiritual...Missional...Reflective...Connective...Experiential...and Fun!!!

 

Immerse, the National Gathering of American Baptist Youth, is a 5-day event for high school and college-age youth that will feature high-energy and transformative worship coupled with hands-on mission experiences. Washington, D.C. will provide youth with opportunities to do   mission work and to experience the energy of our nation's capital.
 
Our region is putting a group together to go to Immerse. In addition to attending Immerse we will also spend additional time in Washington D.C. And New York City! Begin planning for youth from your church to participate by thinking creatively about fundraising and by praying that God will use Immerse to change lives!
