This is the procedure for churches to send in all their donations for the ministry of American Baptists - including all of the offerings received throughout the year as well gifts to ABCLA/ABCOSH regional ministry, institutional support, missionary and mission projects and all targeted giving. Giving in this way assures that your church will receive credit for all donations in the Giving Report that is compiled by ABC/USA
A Monthly Report of Mission Support Form is sent to every American Baptist Church at the beginning of each year for all of the offerings and other donations. The form needs to be completed (please include your church pin number) designating where the money is being targeted and needs to be sent to: American Baptist Churches USA, P.O. Box 8538-189, Philadelphia, PA 19171-0851. After the funds are received they are then sent to the organization within the American Baptist family that the funds are designated for. Contact the regional office to have a form sent to you or download a form from the regional website or set up an account for online giving.
